1. Safety Principles
We prioritise creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all clients by:
- Ensuring sessions are conducted in a secure and comfortable physical or virtual space.
- Using secure, private Zoom links for online sessions to protect confidentiality.
- Encouraging open communication, so clients feel comfortable expressing concerns or discomfort during sessions.
- Taking appropriate measures to prevent emotional or psychological distress.
- Referring clients to other qualified professionals when their needs fall outside our scope or expertise.
2. Scope of Practice
Our services are based on the skills, training, and qualifications of a Certified Hypnotist, Body Worker, and Intuitive Holistic Healer. We:
- Provide hypnotherapy and related therapeutic techniques for personal growth, wellbeing, and behavioural change.
- Do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical or psychiatric conditions.
- Do not advise on legal, financial, or medical matters unless specifically qualified in those fields.
- May work alongside other health and wellbeing professionals to support clients holistically.
- Will only offer techniques and interventions within our recognised professional competence and training.
3. Client Responsibility for Safety
Clients are encouraged to:
- Inform us of any relevant medical, mental health, or physical conditions before starting therapy.
- Notify us immediately if they experience discomfort or distress during a session.
- Ensure they are in a safe, private space for online sessions where they will not be interrupted.
4. Referrals and Collaboration
If a client’s needs require specialist intervention beyond our qualifications, we will:
- Recommend referral to a medical practitioner, psychologist, or other suitable professional.
- Collaborate—with the client’s consent—with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
