When conducting online sessions, we ensure:
- The use of secure, encrypted Zoom links.
- Clear instructions to clients for maintaining their own privacy and safety during the session.
- Adherence to the same professional, legal, and ethical standards as in-person sessions.
5. Client Acknowledgement
By participating in sessions with Strategic Hypnotherapy Center—whether in person or online—you acknowledge that you understand:
- The limits of confidentiality as outlined in this policy.
- Our legal obligations to disclose information in certain situations.
- That your safety and the safety of others will always take precedence over absolute confidentiality.
